Submitted Abstracts
You can see submitted abstracts on the web.
Anyone who wishes to give a talk at the Conference must submit an abstract by May 1 2000. The abstracts will be used to select the topics to be presented at the parallel sessions. All abstracts received before the deadline will be passed to the convener of the appropriate parallel sessions and the rapporteur of the relevant plenary sessions.The preferred way of submitting abstracts is via WWW. We accept text files only. We do NOT accept dvi files, pdf files or ps files. If you can not use WWW submission, e-mail may be used. Note that we do not accept abstracts sent by fax or ordinary mail.
The organizing committee will not make any abstracts publicly available before the Conference. They will be transferred to convener and rapporteur only.

If WWW submission is not possible, then please send a blank e-mail with subject "abstract" to ichepform@hep.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp.
You will receive a form to submit an abstract. Please fill out the form and follow the instruction given in the form.
To contribute a full paper to ICHEP2000, please first register your
paper at the Los Alamos archive.
Once you have the Los Alamos archive number, please go to the submission
page and register the number with us.
Please do not send us the actual papers.
The deadline for submission is July 1, 2000.
The Los Alamos archive numbers of the papers contributed before the deadline
will be passed on to the rapporteur of the appropriate plenary sessions.
ONLY IF you do not wish to submit your paper to Los Alamos preprint
archive, you may place your contributed paper in your collaboration's official
web page, and register the URL for the paper via this web page.

The transparencies of the talks will be made available on the web as soon as possible after the presentation at the Conference. Although the transparencies will be collected and scanned after the talk, the speakers are invited, if possible, to send beforehand their transparencies in either PDF or Postscript file format toichep@hep.scphys.kyoto-u.ac.jp
The ICHEP2000 conference proceedings will be published by the World Scientific Publishing Company. Every speaker in the conference is requested to follow the instructions for preparing a manuscript of the talk and submitting it to the proceedings.
