Every speaker at the Conference is requested to follow the instructions listed below for preparing a manuscript of their talk and submitting it to the proceedings.
The deadline for the submission of the camera ready manuscripts is September 15, 2000. Please note that this deadline will be strictly enforced.
The page limits of the proceedings manuscripts for parallel and plenary session talks have been fixed, depending on the length of the talk (including questions and comments), as follows:Parallel session talks
Plenary session talks
- 2 pages for 10 or 12 minute talks
- 3 pages for 15 or 16 minute talks
- 4 pages for 18 or 20 minute talks
- 5 pages for 25 or 26 minute talks
- 6 pages for 30 minute talks
- 12 pages
The following template files should be downloaded and should be used for the preparation of the manuscripts:These template files, provided by World Scientific, will work with the standard LaTeX2e package.

The manuscript Post Script file should be e-mailed to the address,proceedings@ichep2000.hep.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp ,with appropriate identification entered in the subject line. The recommended identification is the following:For parallel session talks
The subject header should contain the text "TALK [talk ID#]". The ID's will be assigned to the talks when the program for the session is finalized and published on the conference web site. An example is "TALK 01a-02" for the second talk at Parallel session 01a.For plenary session talksThe submission header should contain the text "PLENARY TALK [number]". A list of plenary talk numbers is on Bulletin 1. Examples are "PLENARY TALK 01a", "PLENARY TALK 02".You will be contacted on successful receipt of the manuscript.In addition a camera ready hard copy should be mailed to the address,

The parallel contribution should cover what was presented in the talk. The first reference of contribution should indicate which additional contributions (abstracts/papers) were represented in the talk.
