Currency Exchange near I-House

We highly recommend you to exchange currency at the Kansai International Airport. However, if you REALLY have to get Yen near the Conference center, there are some limited ways.
 

Banks and Post office

Near Kintetsu Uehonmachi Station, open Mon-Fri, 9-15. They can only exchange between US$ and Yen.
Near Kintetsu Uehonmachi Station, open Mon-Fri, 9-15. They can accept major currencies.
Fuji Bank
Near Kintetsu Uehonmachi Station, open Mon-Fri, 9-15. They can accept major currencies.
Tennoji Post Office
5 mininute walk from i-House, open Mon-Fri, 9-16. They accept cash and traveler's checks in Australian $, British Pound, Canadian $, French Francs, German Marks, Swiss Francs, and US$ and exchange to Japanese Yen. They also accept traveler's checks in EU.
VISA Service Center
Namba station (phone: 06-6212-1321), open everyday, 10-21. If you have a VISA card, you can get cash in Yen. ATM machine nearby is available 6-24.

    There are a couple of ATM machines which accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Plus, Cirrus and Maestro cards inside the Kintetsu Department store at Uehonmachi ( 7 min walk ).
